We accept returns only under the following conditions:

To qualify:
A clear unboxing video is mandatory. This video must show the unopened package being opened for the first time, clearly displaying the issue.
The return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, with all original tags, pouches, boxes, and packaging intact.

Approval & Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
A flat ₹150 reverse shipping charge will be deducted from the eligible refund.
Packaging for Return
Please place the item securely with all original materials (box, pouch, tags).
Follow the shipping method provided to avoid damage in transit.
Once the returned item reaches us, it undergoes a quality check.
Exchanges are not available at this time.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they’ve been placed.
Advance COD Policy:
An advance payment (₹100) for Cash on Delivery is non-refundable if the parcel is refused, undelivered, or returned.
If re-shipping is requested, an additional advance or full payment must be made.
Failed Delivery & Refusal:
Our delivery partner will make up to 3 attempts.
If the parcel is refused or undelivered:
Initial shipping + reverse shipping charges will be deducted.
The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment bank account.
Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Items must be unused, untampered, and in original packaging.
Missing pouches, boxes, or accessories will void refund eligibility.
