Due to hygiene and product safety, jewellery items are generally not returnable.
Exchanges may be allowed in specific cases (such as manufacturing defects) and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on return/exchange requests, unless it is our error.
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
