Return & Refund Policy

 

 At Manaaz, every piece is designed to delight — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. To ensure transparency and a smooth process, please read our updated Return & Refund Policy carefully.

 


 

Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product sent

 

To qualify:

  • clear unboxing video is mandatory. This video must show the unopened package being opened for the first time, clearly displaying the issue.

  • The return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, with all original tags, pouches, boxes, and packaging intact.

 

 

How to Request a Return

 
  1. Contact Us Within 24 Hours

    • Message us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM

    • Or email: support@manaazjewellery.com

    • Include the order ID, issue description, and the complete package opening video.

  2. Approval & Reverse Pickup

    • Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

    • flat ₹150 reverse shipping charge will be deducted from the eligible refund.

  3. Packaging for Return

    • Please place the item securely with all original materials (box, pouch, tags).

    • Follow the shipping method provided to avoid damage in transit.

 

 

Refund Process

 
  • Once the returned item reaches us, it undergoes a quality check.

  • Once approved, refunds are issued directly to your original payment account and will reflect within 3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
 

 

Exchanges & Cancellations

 
  • Exchanges are not available at this time.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they’ve been placed.

 

 

Advance COD & Failed Deliveries

 

Advance COD Policy:

  • An advance payment (₹100) for Cash on Delivery is non-refundable if the parcel is refused, undelivered, or returned.

  • If re-shipping is requested, an additional advance or full payment must be made.

 

Failed Delivery & Refusal:

  • Our delivery partner will make up to 3 attempts.

  • If the parcel is refused or undelivered:

    • Initial shipping + reverse shipping charges will be deducted.

    • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment bank account.

 

 


 

Important Notes

 
  • Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Items must be unused, untampered, and in original packaging.

  • Missing pouches, boxes, or accessories will void refund eligibility.

  • Manaaz reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet our policy terms.
