1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Options & Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹100 (Delivery within 5–7 business days across India).

• Express Shipping: ₹200 (Faster delivery based on city/tier, details below).

• Free Shipping: May be available during promotional offers.

3. Delivery Timelines (Express Shipping)

• Tier 1 Cities (Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, etc.): 1–2 business days.

• Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 business days.

• Remote/Rural Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer.

4. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

• If the courier is unable to deliver (wrong address, unavailability, or refusal to accept), the parcel will be returned to us within 3 days.

• Customers may be required to pay re-shipping charges for redelivery.

5. Packaging & Safety

• All products are shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.

• Please do not accept parcels that appear damaged or tampered with.

6. Tracking
